Maggie

Maggie has been a member of Murder Inc for over 9 years and is best known for her range of accents including English and northern English. Maggie performs both Longform and Shortform improv with a variety of companies and works for Improquo, teaching improv comedy to adults.

Fellow player, Kate McCabe introduced Maggie to improvisation 12 years ago, when she forced her to take a beginners course at Csz Manchester after performing in sketch comedy at Edinburgh together.

Maggie’s favourite moments are normally being onstage with Darryl Fishwick as he knows exactly what to say to make her break character and descend into hysterics, nick-naming her ‘Captain Corpse-alot’.

Maggie has two daughters who do not find her funny at all and she is in the process of turning a 30-year-old, 2-berth caravan into a sweetshop.
